Our refund practices for clarity and fairness

Our Goal: We strive for excellent customer service. This policy outlines our refund practices to ensure clarity and fairness for our users.

General Refund Guidelines:

  • Most purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply based on your location and specific circumstances (explained below).

What Makes a Purchase Non-Refundable

  • You started using Premium features, including:
    • Use the Chat
    • Videocalls
    • Use the "Meetup Request"-Premium features
    • Use "live"-function
    • Use "Coins"
    • Withdraw money/tokens
    • All features that are specific to the Premium subscription
    • You violated our Company Terms & Conditions
  • You made your purchase using cryptocurrency tokens (USDT, WPC, or Matic).

Refund Rights for EU/EEA Residents:

According to local law, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the start of your membership. Please keep in mind that this 14-day period begins when the subscription is activated.

To cancel your subscription and qualify for a refund, you must initiate or request the cancellation during the designated Cancellation Period. Please note, refunds cannot be issued for purchases made with crypto tokens. Should you comply with these terms, the Company will reimburse any payments you have made that fall under this policy, within the specified timeframe.

To terminate this Agreement, please dispatch a notice bearing your signature and the date, explicitly stating your intention to cancel the Agreement. This notice should be sent via registered or certified mail. Direct your correspondence to post@goatmentor.tech with the subject line: "Request for Refund."

Chargebacks

A chargeback is a forced reversal of a payment initiated by a customer's bank. Chargebacks may lead to additional fees for our company. We reserve the right to contest unwarranted chargebacks or take measures to limit their impact, including potential account suspension.

If you have concerns about your subscription or billing, please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to finding solutions that work for both parties.

Chargebacks and User Responsibility

We understand that customers may have legitimate reasons to dispute charges. However, false or invalid chargebacks can result in fees and administrative costs for our company. If a customer files an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to contest it and recover incurred costs. In cases of repeated or fraudulent chargeback activity, we may suspend or terminate the user's account."

  • We are committed to complying with local consumer protection laws.
  • If you reside in a jurisdiction with specific refund rights beyond what's outlined here (e.g., California), those rights will apply.
  • "Residents of certain jurisdictions may have additional refund rights. Please contact customer support for inquiries specific to your location."

Cancellation Process:

  • Log into your user account.
  • Click on your profile picture, located in the top right corner.
  • Select "Upgrade".
  • Click on "CURRENT PLAN"on the upper side.
  • Choose "Cancel Subscription".

Please note: Canceling your subscription will prevent automatic renewal but won't qualify you for a refund unless you meet the criteria outlined above.

After cancelling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your user profile and all perks until the expiration of your subscription.
